1. Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
2. 16 ½ years - 19 years of age. Please note, applicants must be 17 - 19 years old upon selection to a Cadet school.

Application Instructions

1. This application form must be completed by the person applying for employment.
2. You must make full disclosure of any legal proceedings instigated against you, regardless of the length of time since, or the outcome of the offence/incident. (The Spent Conviction Act does not apply to this application). Applicants are to declare all convictions.
3. All sections must be completed. If the item is "Not Applicable" - enter N/A.
4. Please note, our Recruiting team do not provide individual feedback to unsuccessful applicants.

Applicants must provide certified copies of the following documents as part of their application:

1. Full Birth Certificate containing parents' details.
2. A recent original, colour, photograph (35mm x 50mm approx).
3. Your highest level of academic qualification(s).
